Daniel did a great job from the time of the roof inspection till the completion of the roof vent and cap shingles replacement. I went with GAR after Daniel did the roof inspection and he explained what issues he found that needed repair. He presented himself in a professional manner and had a calming demeanor. I was able to ask questions that gave me a better understanding of the my roof issues. He did not try to give me a hard sell pitch. Just a note, a roofer sales person from a different company also did an inspection but I just didn’t get that same comfort feeling as I did with GRA (Daniel). I got in touch with GRA through the web site RoofingInsights, their YouTube videos provided me with a lot of information and their recommendation to Greater Austin Roofing as a roofing service was the main reason I contacted GRA.
